This will be vetted before being made public The above is a suitable set of goals that the team can work towards Self-help groups Start self-help groups E-mail the information about self-help groups held in the website to as many places and PWSs as is appropriate. As a start, e-mail all PWSs we know of in each State, all SLPs we know appear so of in each State as well as all health clinics Researching websites for contact e-mail addresses Keep looking for contact details Build our contact information in each Indian state Begin with State government, look for universities, hospitals, health clinics, tribal rehabilitation centers, SLPs and any PWSs we can find Look for media contacts, these will be major newspapers in each state, major magazines, TV and radio The contact information should be at least the name and e-mail address possible all so a local address and phone number The work will proceed faster with more people helping in the research and in sending e-mails out. Though not essential, it would be better if people we use were Indian people Publicity via the media and other organisations and professionals Disseminating Stuttering/Stammering information within every State There will be articles held in the website for every type of e-mail contact These articles need to be sent out to be e-mail contacts When an e-mail is sent the information in the contact list should be updated to say that contact has been made The e-mails will include a request for more contacts in every area we wish to contact Any new contact information needs to be added into the lists of existing information The formation of TISA (The Indian Stammering Association) Provide advice to start TISA Contact the government and all our the contacts with the concept of TISA Provided any interested respondents with as much detailed information as we have on the website regarding how to start TISA Arrange meetings about TISA, possibly during any Indian Stuttering / Stammering conferences |
